Terms and Conditions

Before you use MIDAS, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.

Last updated 7 October 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MIDAS website, apps, and related services (the “Services”). MIDAS is operated by Maverick Global Limited. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. Read it together with these Terms.

If the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live give you rights that these Terms cannot change, those rights still apply.

These Terms are provided in more than one language. If a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version governs, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.

2. The Services

MIDAS provides market information, educational tools, and an investment companion. MIDAS does not provide a recommendation to buy or sell securities or other assets and is not licensed investment advice.

Outputs can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, for your own decisions, and for checking information before you act on it.

MIDAS is offered as a global product, but availability can vary. Some features, markets, or data may not be offered in every country. We may limit or refuse access where we cannot provide the Services lawfully or reliably.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

MIDAS is not directed at children under 16, or under the higher minimum age required where you live.

You must be legally allowed to use the Services where you live. You may not use MIDAS if you are in a sanctioned country, or if you are a person or organisation with whom we are not permitted to deal under applicable sanctions or export laws.

4. Plans and payment

Some features require a paid plan or credits. Prices, included credits, and plan features are shown in the product when you subscribe or top up.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on MIDAS servers.

Paid plans renew automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel before the next billing date. You can manage or cancel renewal in Settings.

If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid for that period are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.

We may change plan prices or included features. We will give reasonable notice before a price change takes effect. If you keep using a paid plan after the change, the new price applies.

Prices are shown before any applicable tax. Where we are required to collect VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar charges, they may be added at checkout. You remain responsible for any other taxes due where you live.

If your plan is lowered — for example when a free trial ends, a renewal payment is not completed by the end of the billing period, or you move to a lower tier — extra watchlists, symbols in those watchlists, portfolios, or positions in those portfolios that exceed the new plan’s limits will be deleted without further notice so the account fits those limits. Where items have an order, we delete later positions first; otherwise we delete items added later first. Deleted data cannot be restored. We may remind you before the current period ends, but it is your responsibility to keep your subscription uninterrupted.

5. Credits

MIDAS uses credits to measure usage of features such as agent chats, backtests, and other credit-consuming actions. How many credits a request uses depends on its complexity, length, and the resources involved. We may change credit costs as the product evolves. Usage estimates in the product are guidance only and may differ from the amount actually deducted. Your current balance, monthly refill, and spend history are shown in Settings.

Credits work as follows:

  • Monthly credits come with your plan. They refill at the start of each billing cycle. Unused monthly credits are cleared at that reset and do not carry over.
  • Top-up credits that you purchase do not expire. They stack on top of your monthly allowance.
  • If your account becomes inactive, or you are on a plan that cannot spend top-up credits, those top-up credits are frozen rather than deleted. Frozen credits cannot be spent until the account is active again on a plan that can use them.
  • If you cancel, stop, or interrupt a request while it is running, we may still deduct some or all of the credits already used to process that request. Credits already consumed are not restored automatically.
  • Credits are a virtual unit of use. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and may only be used on the account they were issued to.

6. Refunds

Except where required by law, payments for subscriptions, credit packs, and other paid features are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

If a request fails because of a technical issue on our side, we may restore the credits used for that request. We do not restore credits because you cancelled a request, were unhappy with an output, or provided incomplete or unclear instructions.

We may refuse a refund where the account has been restricted for misuse, the credits or services have already been used, the purchase used a promotion or discount, or the request is otherwise abusive.

7. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Use the Services to break the law, or to mislead others about who you are.
  • Access another person’s account, or probe, scrape, or disrupt the Services except through the interfaces we provide.
  • Copy, resell, or reverse engineer the Services, except where the law does not allow this restriction.

8. Your content

You keep your rights in the prompts, portfolios, watchlists, and other content you submit, and in the outputs generated for you. You give MIDAS permission to host and process that content so we can operate, maintain, and improve the Services for you.

Outputs are provided as is. Similar outputs may be generated for other users. You are responsible for how you use any output.

9. Ending your use

You may stop using MIDAS at any time. You can permanently remove your account from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, or when we need to protect the Services or other users.

If your account is inactive, unused monthly credits still reset each cycle. Top-up credits remain frozen, not deleted, until the account is reactivated on a plan that can spend them. If you permanently delete your account, remaining credits of any kind are forfeited and are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Services and all outputs are provided as is. We do not warrant that they will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, MIDAS and Maverick Global Limited are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss; for investment losses arising from your use of the Services; or for loss of data, credits, or other content that is deleted, expired, frozen, forfeited, or consumed under these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If you keep using the Services after an update, the revised Terms apply.
